Do I need to be home while my floor is being fitted?

No, you don’t need to be home during the installation. For your convenience, we offer a secure key drop system at our showroom, allowing our fitting team access while you go about your day. This means you can return home to a beautifully finished floor – without any disruption.

Do I Need to Clear the Room?

If you're able to clear the room in advance, that would be appreciated, as it allows our installation team to start right away. However, if there are large or difficult items to move, we're happy to assist. Please note: for safety and liability reasons, we cannot move electrical appliances or personal belongings.

Do I Need to Remove My Current Flooring or Carpet?

You're welcome to remove your existing flooring or carpet if you prefer. If not, we're happy to handle the removal and disposal for you. Please note: there's an additional charge for this service, which varies based on the size and type of flooring. We don't profit from this—it's simply to cover labour and disposal costs.
