We also have a full sample service for all of our ranges, your welcome to borrow as many as you need. Plus, we have Sweets for the little ones! Shhh!

One of our experienced flooring specialists will arrive at a pre-booked time and carry out a full site survey. We will measure all areas at your request and provide further advice and guidance based on your floor/s. We will always take moisture readings with our specialist equipment for all hard floorcovering installations.

Following our site survey we will provide you with a free of charge, no obligation, detailed quotation to meet with your personal requirements. We can provide you with as many options as you require. We also guarantee to price match any local competitor on a like for like quotation!

If you are happy with the quotation we have provided, it is now time to confirm colours and place your order. We require a 50% part payment at the time the order is placed, this can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit card or by bank transfer. We will then immediately order your new floorcovering. Not long now, Exciting times!

Once your floorcovering arrives we will contact you to arrange a date for the installation. This is arranged at a date and time that is suitable for you. If you are not able to be there, you are more than welcome to leave us with a key and we can have it all ready for when you get home!
