Carpet Trader (Bicester) Limited is a family run, local business who supply carpets, vinyl flooring, luxury vinyl tiles, laminate flooring, engineered and solid wood flooring, carpet tiles and non-slip safety flooring to both domestic and commercial customers in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the surrounding counties.

Founded by Derek Holland (Company Director) in the year 2000, he has built his company around his high standards of installation and unrivalled customer service. We are continuously working to maintain and further improve our reputation.

Free Measuring Service

One of our highly experienced members of staff will attend your home or business to discuss your requirements and provide you with professional advice and technical guidance to ensure we supply and install the right carpet or flooring for you.

Unlike many companies, Carpet Trader do not leave you stranded after you have paid your invoice. Any installations that are carried out by Carpet Trader are guaranteed for 18 months. As part of this guarantee we offer a free of charge repair service on all Karndean Design flooring that we have installed (Terms & Conditions Apply).

Specialist Testing, Advice and Reporting

If you have an issue with your sub-floor then one of our flooring specialists can attend your property to advise what sub-floor preparation would be required. We can also arrange for an Independent sub-floor specialist to attend your home or business to investigate and provide a full report, another service offered by Carpet Trader that is free of charge.

Utilising the superior workmanship of our team of master fitters we are able to offer many additional services such as installing skirting boards or scotia/beading for wood flooring or laminate flooring installations, trimming doors for clearance following the installation of your new floorcovering and we can repair and rectify damaged or poor sub-floors prior to any preparation that is required for the installation of your new carpet or flooring.

Licensed Waste Carrier

We are one of the only retailers and installers in Bicester, Oxfordshire who are registered with the Environmental Health Agency as a licensed waste carrier. This means that we can legally carry your waste on our vehicles and dispose of it on your behalf, companies and sub-contractors who are not registered, would be illegally carrying your waste which may result in prosecution for both them and the legal owner of the waste.
